Guarantees
Booking without prepayment
If the booking is short-term (up to 27 nights) and the cancellation policy of the listing lets you cancel it at no cost, we book without prepayment. First the trip appears in your Airbnb account, and only then you pay us.
The host chooses the cancellation policy. For example, with a “Flexible” policy you can cancel for free at least 24 hours before check-in, with a “Moderate” policy at least 5 days before.

Do I need to share my account password?+
No. We only need the email of your Airbnb account. You give the access yourself through the email from Airbnb.
What do you see in my account?+
Only the bookings that we made for you, and your messages with the host about these bookings. We do not see your other bookings and the messages about them.
Can I talk to the host?+
Yes. The booking is in your account: you message the host as usual and leave a review after the trip.
How do I change the dates or cancel the trip?+
You or we can cancel the booking. By Airbnb rules, only the person who booked can request and confirm date changes, so message us. How refunds work is in the next question.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?+
Airbnb sets the refund amount by the cancellation policy of the listing. The host chooses this policy, and the amount depends on how many days before check-in the booking is cancelled. The cancellation policy is shown on the listing page before you book.
Only the person who paid for the booking can request a refund, that is, us. Airbnb refunds the money to our card, and we send it to you. We keep our fee when there is a refund: a cancellation costs us money too.
If your plans change, message us early: the earlier you cancel, the larger the refund usually is. We are glad to help.
What is the fee?+
5% when you pay in USDT or USDC. We calculate the fee from the total on the Airbnb checkout page, which already includes the Airbnb fees. There are no hidden payments: we tell you the exact total before you pay.
